In unsettled and uncertain times, you need to know that we are on hand to assist you. Whist we will endeavour to keep our office open for traditional appointments, we recognise that many people will want to speak with us or see us from their own home.
As part of our COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan, we are massively increasing the capacity for our staff to continue to work from home to ensure we can continue to meet and even exceed client expectations.
As we adapt our working practices, we invite you help us too. This is likely to involve the increased use of telephone, video conferencing and email in particular.
All staff, not personally affected by the virus will be able to access their emails, take and receive calls. You can help by emailing us in the first instance. If you would like to speak to someone face to face, we recommend the use of Zoom . Our ability to communicate using traditional mediums such as the Royal Mail may be adversely affected, and we are working on ways to make sure we all get through the uncertain times ahead.
Naturally, should you exhibit any of the symptoms of Covid19, you should consider the specialist advice accessed through the NHS website.
